Questions
Does ConductUniversity need internet access when it runs offline?
No. Learners study and review over your own network. If your IT team turns on update checks, that check is the only outside connection.
Where are learner records stored?
On the server where ConductUniversity is installed, inside your network. That includes diagnostic results, study progress and prep completion records. Backups go to storage your IT team picks.
Can a facility train a whole cohort offline?
Yes. Facility accounts assign prep, follow progress and see domain-level gaps across learners, all on your own server.
Is the prep completion record an AALAS certification?
No. It records prep completed in ConductUniversity. AALAS certification is issued by AALAS through its official eligibility, application, and exam process.
How do updates work?
Each update is a signed file. Your IT team installs it after a backup and can return to the previous release. Sites with no internet connection receive the file on removable media.
What server do we need?
We size it with your IT team, based on how many learners and supervisors will use it.
How does licensing work?
The offline edition is licensed to your institution and checked on your own server, with no internet connection. Terms are set during setup.
